  Refund and Review Timeframe Policy

​At LINCENDA, most NDA reviews are completed within 24 business days hours. However, this timeframe is not guaranteed. The maximum review period may extend up to one (1) week, depending on the complexity of the agreement and the information provided.​

The review timeframe begins only after two conditions are met:​

​

• Payment has been successfully submitted, and​

​

• The required interview, call, email correspondence, or questionnaire has been completed and approved by a LINCENDA team member.

​​Once these requirements are satisfied and the request is approved, the review timeframe begins.If the NDA requires additional revisions, clarifications, or further review, the timeframe will reset, and a new review period will begin once the updated request or documentation has been approved.​

Due to the nature of legal services, refunds are not available once the review process has begun. However, a refund may be considered if the request falls outside the scope of the NDA review service or exceeds the limits of the professional consultation originally agreed upon.
